Autura is a one-time digital product. Your strategy, 12-month plan, competitor analysis, SEO audit, and priority actions are generated and delivered instantly — and can be read, copied, exported, and saved the moment they exist. For that reason, all sales are final once the product has been generated and delivered to you.

Waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal

Under Norwegian and EEA consumer law, digital content delivered outside a physical medium can be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal when the consumer gives express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. This waiver is not established by policy alone — Autura collects it as an explicit, unticked checkbox at checkout, and only unlocks the payment button once you tick it. By purchasing you confirm you ticked that box and that you understand the product is generated and delivered immediately.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge where the product was never generated due to a technical failure on our side — email us at hello.autura@gmail.com from the address on your Autura account with your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
