Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Welcome to Autura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Autura. By creating an account or buying the product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Autura.

1. What Autura is

Autura is a one-time purchase digital product (no subscription). After you complete onboarding, Autura uses AI to generate a personalized business and marketing package for you, which includes a long-term strategy, a 12-month plan, competitor analysis, an SEO audit, and weekly priority actions, plus ongoing access to an AI co-pilot built around your business profile.

Autura is a strategy and planning tool. It is not a marketing agency, a financial advisor, or a legal advisor.

2. No refunds / no money-back guarantee

Autura does not offer a money-back guarantee, and all sales are final once the product has been generated and delivered to you.

The reason is simple: the entire value of Autura (your strategy, 12-month plan, competitor analysis, SEO audit, and priority actions) is delivered digitally and immediately. You can read, copy, export, screenshot, and save every part of it the moment it's generated. Because the deliverable is fully accessible to you from the start, we are not able to "take it back" after purchase, and therefore cannot offer refunds once the plan has been generated.

By purchasing Autura, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If your payment fails, is duplicated, or the product was never generated for you due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will resolve it.

3. No guarantee of results

Autura helps you plan and prioritize, but it cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. We make no promise of revenue, growth, traffic, sales, ranking, profit, or any other commercial result.

Your actual results depend on many factors that are outside our control, including your own execution, the time and budget you invest, your market, your industry, your competition, your team, your existing brand, economic conditions, and platform changes (such as Google, Meta, or Shopify updates).

Autura is not a "get rich quick" product. It will not make you wealthy overnight, and it does not guarantee that following the plan will produce any particular financial outcome. Treat every recommendation as informed guidance you should validate before acting on it at scale.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding, for the decisions you make based on Autura's output, and for complying with the laws, regulations, and platform policies that apply to your business and to any content you publish.

5. Ownership of content

You own the personalized plan, recommendations, content ideas, and other output that Autura generates specifically for your business. You may use them freely inside your own business.

However, Autura's underlying software, system, prompts, models, methodology, design, and brand remain our property. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or build a competing product on top of Autura or its generated framework.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Autura — for example by attempting to reverse-engineer the system, abuse the AI co-pilot, generate illegal or harmful content, or disrupt the service for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Autura is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autura and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the product. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Autura is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.

8. Changes to the product and to these Terms

We may improve, update, or change Autura over time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced inside the dashboard or by email.

9. Company information

Autura is operated by Autura (operated as a sole proprietorship / partnership, Norway) — update once the legal entity is formally registered.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
